Advice to Management
I have no advise really, I know they all wear multiple hats, they are doing a great job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tricap Residential Group (Hoffman Estates, IL) in March 2019.
The supervisor was checking out the property, when he ran into me and said that he would like for me to come in for an interview that same afternoon. I did meet him in the office, where we began the interview. I feel that the interview went well. I thanked him for his time and left.
