Trigence is a sweat shop. Management at one point mandated employees work weekends, as opposed to allowing flexible "overtime".
The company has had three CEO since it started and numerous VP of Engineering.
Company has been in start-up mode for 6 years. Very little market penetration. Constantly reinventing itself.
Advice to Management
Find a real market!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Trigence (Boston, MA) in March 2008.
I was an internal referral - interviewed with potential manager, peers and subordinates. I found the each level open and honest about the company and challenges. The interview process was a two way street - they learnt about me I about them.
The negotiation took many weeks - turned into over a month. The end result was a successful pacakge
