Mission: We seek to transform the lives of students and open the doors to life changing opportunity.
We’re excited to announce that Trilogy Education has joined 2U, Inc! We’re proud of our work with top universities to upskill nearly 20,000 people across 50 cities. But this is just the beginning. The need for skills-based education is growing faster than any one university or employer can keep up with alone. Together with 2U and our network of university partners, we will build training programs that impact thousands of working adults in today’s digital economy. Did you know Trilogy has 4 partners in Australia? Read our latest blog post about why boot camps are an excellent way to break into the rapidly growing tech industry and a great return on investment for all Australians.
Last year, companies struggled to fill millions of jobs in software development, data visualization, UX/UI design, and more. The market has responded to this demand in the form of standalone boot camps, but we believe that universities are best equipped to unlock each student’s career potential through skills-based training programs that are school-operated, student-tested, and employer-approved.

What is Trilogy Education Services?
We put students first because they deserve nothing less - and our university and employer partners expect nothing less. Every aspect of Trilogy's success depends on this.
We believe that continuous improvement is the source of innovation. We lend an ear to both our fans and our critics in an effort to deliver better programs, better service, better communication, and better value.
We are a team of entrepreneurs who confront challenges head-on and figure things out. We value action, effort, commitment, and learning.
Teamwork is critical to our success, and we place a tremendous value on how we work together in our immediate teams, between our business units, and across the entire company.
Trilogy is growing. Fast. And we're looking to ride this wave with those who have the hunger, talent and passion to help students turn day jobs into dream jobs.
By 2020, there will 1.4 million more software development jobs than applicants who can fill them. Trilogy is plugging the hole by creating and managing skills-based training programs that are university-run, student-tested, and employer-approved.
We seek to transform the lives of students and open the doors to life changing opportunity.
I have been working at Trilogy Education Services full-time (More than a year)
Culture has been amazing since starting here, supportive and we structured.
Hard to find any complaints other than transparency. This was never an issue in the past however as of late I believe the transparency is fading.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you all are doing, maybe if anything, provide some coaching for Team Leads so when management positions become available they are better prepped for the position.
I applied online. The process took 7+ months. I interviewed at Trilogy Education Services in February 2017.
I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online. I was interviewed on two separate occasions, each by telephone. At the end of the second interview I was told I was the perfect candidate and someone would be in touch with me by the end of the week to discuss the next steps. That was SEVEN WEEKS AGO. I have since learned that the position has been filled. No follow up calls, no contact from the recruiter, nothing at all.
Trilogy has no problem treating potential candidates poorly and stringing them along... tells me a lot about their corporate culture.
They might want to reevaluate their recruiting team.
