    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Trine University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Trine University has a great enviroment for improvement and a rewarding atmosphere. The University is held together by many wonderful people who all play a huge role in the whole experience. I would definitely work there again!!

    Cons

Maybe pay could be considered a Con, but they make up for it with great benefits that go beyond a typical health, dental, 401K. Like Education for your whole household, games, events, and food discounts.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Trine University (Angola, IN) in January 2012.

    Interview

I was initially contacted by the Supervisor of that position via email. Once an email status had been established I was then asked to come onto the University for an interview. Being a technology position I was happy to see the Supervisor being a woman, and understanding the rarity of women with skill in such field. I left the interview feeling really confident. I was then asked to interview with the Dean, and he made me feel even more confident after having met him.

    Interview Questions

    • I didn't have any difficult or unexpected questions because I try to prepare for everything. I also always answer questions honestly even if I feel that my answers wouldn't be what they want to hear.   1 Answer
