I have been working at Trinity Glass International (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Your guaranteed at least 40 hours a week every week, and if you want overtime you can usually always have it

    Cons

To much micro managing, to much favoritism by supervisiors, supervisiors sit in office with temporary employees pretty much all day, no hope for full time, you go through a temporary service, once you go full time you can go years without a raise

    Advice to Management

Certain supervisors should be taught to be leaders and set an example to follow, for instance if your going to say "Working Saturday is mandatory" it should be mandatory for you as well, it ain't right to make your people come to work on Saturday and excuse yourself from "the mandatory overtime"

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Glass International (Tacoma, WA) in January 2010.

    Interview

Got an email from them and then went in for the interview. The interviewer was late. Got questions about previous jobs and education experience, talked about the position. In the end the interviewer told me that they usually don't send out rejection letter so if after one month I don't hear anything just assume it's a no go.
