My career with Trinity Property Consultants began when the new ownership acquired our 400 unit community in Mission Viejo, CA. The company retained all on-site team members at acquisition and I am positive it was a result of community and market familiarities backed by outstanding property performance and a positive NOI. I could not ever be so grateful that this was the case because I probably would not have come to knowing about or working with this outstanding organization. The company has evolved since I first started with them and we continue to evolve in positive directions. Over the course of four years that I have employed with them, we have had many positive changes in processes, systems, databases, and community and resident care as part of rebranding efforts. I am proud to be a part of this organization and holding a position that aids their tireless efforts in continuing organization evolvement.
The organization provides comprehensive benefits for team members. The health, vision, and dental insurances are comparable to none. However, I will admit that the most rewarding benefit is the career advancement programs that are in place. The organization has a Personal Development Program through Trinity University empowered by Gracehill Training. The abundance of courses provided allows for one to enhance his or her knowledge and skills in Property Management. Why will one not find the program to be an advantageous benefit for continuing career enhancements or advancement? I, for one, have taken advantage of the program in my first year with TPC and shortly after receiving my certification, I was afforded an opportunity to promote to Community Manager in the Las Vegas region. Believe that I did not think twice when the opportunity presented itself. Additional to the Personal Development Program, the organization's continuing partnership with the National Apartment Association allows for team members to acquire national certifications for Leasing Professional, Apartment Manager, Portfolio Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician. Acquiring certifications in PDP and NAA awards team members not only their certifications but bonuses and tuition reimbursements for completing their programs as well as company nationwide recognition.

From the position of CEO to on-site maintenance porters, the entire organizational team of Trinity Property Consultants is extremely easy to work with. Just as we have RENTsparency for our residents, we have transparency for our team members. There are no gray areas. There is full support from every organizational direction. If one does have an answer, that one will find the answer by contacting another. If the other does not have the answer, the other will find the answer by contacting another. Believe that the answer will trickle back down to the origin and the answer will remain transparent. Together we learn, together we progress!
While I left the organization for several months and relocated to South Florida due to familial changes, I was pleased to know that a member of a higher position was offering me reference to an esteemed colleague's organization in the South Florida area. However, I could not attain the position as it was not in the vicinity of my location. I am glad that it did not work out that way because South Florida was not for me and in a matter of months, I strongly considered relocating back to the west coast. I placed a phone call and was immediately offered a return to the company in the same position as Community Manager. I can definitely say that "things happen for reasons" and it is not my desire to dismember myself from this organization again. I have become a part of a second family and I intend to keep it that way.
Trinity Property Consultants: should you change, please only change toward continuing for the better. I appreciate you, the Division Directors, Regional Managers, Area Managers, and the many colleagues I have come to know and continue to work with. I look forward to many more years with this organization. Stay fit, stay fierce!
I truly cannot think of any. This company may have some cons that you might have read about, but to each his or her own experience. In my experiences, cons are only challenges. If you can surpass and accomplish the challenge, then it is not really a con is it?
Advice to Management
Stay fit, stay fierce! Let's continue toward positive organization advancements not only for the company, our team members, our investors and our assets, but for our wonderful residents and the reason we have set ourselves on the career path of multifamily property management.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Trinity Property Consultants (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018.
Quick and easy. Property manager very nice. just wanted to get to know me as a person and professional style. Interview was just 1 in person interview, did not take long. Had to wait a few days for drug test.
