    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Trintech full-time

I can honestly say that everything you'll read on Glassdoor is as genuine as it comes. I've experienced the culture from the CEO down to the employees. Everyone is very welcoming, accommodating and willing to collaborate. There is a level of transparency within this organization that you won't find at many other places. The leadership team is open, upfront and honest...but even more than that, they are approachable. They make sure that they are available and seen rather than hiding in a corner office.

Everyone in the company is friendly and all seem to have the greater good of the company at the forefront of their daily efforts. In addition, it's a business casual office and you can sense the comradery amongst the team.

Lastly, but certainly not least, is the product! If you've ever wanted to be a part of a product that is truly making a difference in the lives of businesses around the globe, Trintech is the company. We listen to our customers, adapt to their needs and provide solutions that make an impact!

I know it's being addressed and has zero to do with the company, but sometimes parking can be a challenge.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Trintech (London, England (UK)) in February 2017.

I was approached by Antony Meola over LinkedIn in regards to the above role. I agreed to go ahead with the process and could not fault the communication throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle.

From the initial contact all the way through to the interview I have not got a negative thing to say and am very much looking forward to working for this company.

The interview was difficult but I do believe Trintech looks at everything you have to offer and how they can use your skills and expertise to grow the business and yourself as an individual.
