Pros
I have worked as a Marketing Director at Triple Helix since July of 2021. Coming on board from a company which was sold out from underneath us (and resulted in a ton of layoffs), I was apprehensive in my search for a new position. 3XC has been around many years - and isn't going anywhere. The company itself is incredibly stable and run by exceptional leadership who really care about their team members. I have always felt valued, supported and heard. Highly recommend. No work drama. Everyone works well together and supports each other. 3XC is a great place to work and I highly recommend.
Cons
They are a smaller company. They don't currently offer health insurance benefits (not a big deal on my end since I'm on my husband's insurance) and often comes with my position and working with smaller companies (which is my preference). The owner is looking into 401K benefits in the near future.
