I can honestly say that Tripleseat is the best company I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of and work for. As soon as you walk into the office, you can feel the sense of teamwork, camaraderie, and dedication that the entire group has towards this company and one another. The Management team truly cares about all of their employees and does an amazing job making sure company culture is at a 100%. There is an Open Door Policy (even with the CEO). Free lunch, a fully stocked kitchen with snacks/coffee (including cold brew on tap!!), & a game area. Work from home every Friday. AND a dog friendly office :)
