Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tripleseat (United States) in Oct 2022
InterviewAbout a week after submitting a resume, was reached out to by Kayla for a first interview. She was really great in showing interest in my background, sharing about her experience at Tripleseat, and what it takes to be successful in the role. I wish all my first interviews and candidate experiences could be as smooth. Salary offered for the role was $60,000 with no equity or stock options. While I declined to move forward on this in my thank you email, I think the business model is interesting, Kayla was great, and would have no problem applying to or being considered for future roles.
What prompted you to interview for this role? How does your background fit the skills of the role? What is salary range?Answer Question
