I worked at Tropical Cheese Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It has good benefits (Dental-Medical), Give you a Car Allowance every month,

    Cons

You basically start as a Sales Associate, until a Route opens up. meanwhile your basically on Call, you have to make deliveries if a Supervisor needs it, they don't care how far, also lack of Communication. They don't like to Give second Chances, if your no good to them you can easily be fired.
