I want to feel a sense of responsibility and belonging. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get to that feeling in consulting due to the ever evolvement of clients/engagements. 2 questions. 1) Is my assumption correct? 2) Are there careers in industry that provide that sense of ownership and responsibility? Phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager, only had a 1st round interview. He described the company structure and the role and then began with the interview. The call lasted around 30 minutes.

Told me about the company and the position and asked me to describe my resume and experience. He asked how I would forecast demand in my previous roles and what ERP software I had used.
