    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Truman Arnold (Knoxville, TN) in January 2017.

    Interview

I was not interviewed by the manager I was interviewed by other customer service representatives. I didn't officially talk to the manager until about week later. Even then the hiring process seemed fast along the way there was always something missing.
