On August 22, 2019, The Employee Committee sponsored a lunch with Back2School Illinois and assembled 90 school supply kits for students entering 6th-8th grade. The kits are a hefty pack of essential classroom supplies and our kits were delivered to the Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club of Chicago.

Digital intersects with brick-and-mortar at each of our Clubhouses. Every office doubles as a retail space, which we call a Clubhouse. It’s where our customers visit for in-person styling. Each Clubhouse is beautifully designed to match the needs of their location -- expect an exposed brick loft in Chicago and an historic mansion in midtown Manhattan.
At our headquarters in Chicago, we used employee feedback to name each of our conference rooms after different fabrics and garments. You just might present your big idea in Sportcoat or brainstorm in Plaid! You can also get your morning latte at our full-service coffee bar at HQ.
The coolest part of all our offices? They are part of our retail space! Every day our employees can witness the in-person part of our business when customers come in for their appointments. And as a customer-obsessed company, we think that’s a great perk!
