- Lots of perks e.g. fortnightly lunches, monthly socials, fortnightly mental health coach from Sanctus, and a day off on your birthday
Cons
- You must be agile to work at Trussle and comfortable with a fast pace as we often have to make quick strategic changes
- As a start up, we don’t get everything right first time so you must be patient (we do learn fast and Trussle encourages transparent feedback)
Advice to Management
Transparency and recognition is essential to make the team feel valued and to main a strong culture as we scale.

I applied online. I interviewed at Trussle (London, England (UK)).
Interview
Brief phone call followed by a 2 hr face to face interview, broken down into two sections.
Hiring manager quite clearly was unprepared and didn't have any questions at hand to ask. He proceeded to ask the usual cliche questions and rely on his staff to ask anything worth while. Throughout the process he took no interest in my responses and sat looking at the wall!
Massively disappointing as the team had a good vibe, a shame its run by someone thats out of their depth.
