I worked at Trust Company of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company treats employees with RESPECT. So few companies actually do that.

Good benefits, competitive pay, many day to day 'perks' offered (massages and free lunches etc.) Flexible hours.

    Cons

None worth mentioning. It was the best place I've ever worked at in my 30 years of employment.
Maybe their interpretation of an Agile methodology could do with improvement, but they are making an active effort to improve that.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Don't let the eTrade take over change the excellent way that you treat your staff.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trust Company of America (Centennial, CO) in September 2011.

    Interview

After submitting resume to HR, received a call back within a couple days. I was asked to come meet with HR very shortly afterward, with a second interview with the person who would become my direct supervisor about a week later. The entire process took approximately 3 weeks.

    Interview Questions

    • This interview did not have any difficult or unexpected questions.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation needed - the initial offer was acceptable to me and I saw it as a very fair offer.
