Las Vegas is best known for its casinos, crowds, and Celine Dion. But now the city can also be recognized for coding and clinical documentation improvement (CDI). Why? The American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) and HCPro's Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS) both convened in Las Vegas during the second week of May for their annual meetings.

What Our Team is Saying

”Thanks to TrustHCS I have the flexibility to be mom first and foremost, but also work full-time. My kids aren’t in full-time daycare and I take pride in being able to balance it all. So for all of you who wonder if it is possible, it is! It might take time and personal investment, but it is worth it! ” – Sonja Forrest, TrustHCS Inpatient Coder

"I've been here more than 2 years and wouldn't trade the TrustHCS family for anything!" - Brandy Hahn, Medical Coder

"I love my new job at TrustHCS. Everyone is great including the clients. I'm so happy I made the move." - Jill Maggio, Coding Specialist

Why join the TrustHCS team?

Flexibility

With the entire organization working from home, flexibility is a key component of the TrustHCS culture. Technology has made the “home office” more feasible than ever before. The TrustHCS team takes advantage of these technical benefits to create the most flexible work environment possible!

Fulfillment

What makes each person get up and enjoy what they do for a living? The answer to that question is different for each individual. TrustHCS understands that a fulfilling career involves more than just a paycheck. Benefits packages are designed beyond simple health and dental. Employee paid healthcare, vacation packages and travel discounts, dental, vision and other benefits add to the experience working for TrustHCS.

Family Commitment

Often an overused term, “family” actually means something to TrustHCS.  The founders of TrustHCS come from a shared background of family owned and operated organizations.  They took the same qualities from their experiences in those organizations and applied them to the value structure at TrustHCS.  We work to live.  We don’t live to work.  Vacation time and sacredness of non-working hours are closely guarded at TrustHCS.
