I have great professional respect for everyone on staff, for their abilities, their diligence, and their commitment to growing the business. Results are considered more important than adherence to a specific process, but strong ethical standards are maintained and quality of work is highly valued. There's plenty of room here to be yourself and even have fun, as long as the job gets done.
Employee compensation is, for some understandable business reasons, quite low.
The very loose delineation of job duties means a member of staff may spend an extended period working on tasks outside his or her areas of professional interest.
Advice to Management
I have opportunities every day to inform, advise, persuade, and argue with management. More importantly, I have seen that management actually takes this communication into account when making decisions. I hope that always remains true.
