    Pros

I have been working for Trusted Translations as an Interpreter on a variety of different assignments and have been given this opportunity by the management on various interesting projects.
Like the variety and the flexibility of the work. Whenever i had questions I have had good response and support. Last minute changes or clients wishes were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Paid on time and get projects on a regular basis which is really nice.

    Cons

This is a competitive and growing business so it will be very learning and you can progress if you are flexible and professional.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the support and interesting assignments. The interpreters can be scheduled with the experience on similar assignments to keep the great team spirit.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Trusted Translations (Buenos Aires (Argentina)).

    Interview

I saw an add in an online job site and sent my resume. First phone interview and then personal, with COO and assistants in the office. They asked about background, language expertise, expectations. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were nice and cool. They let me know what the job and salary were.

    Negotiation

I accepted what they offered me.
