Great product, reviews are relevant (not a boring SaaS product), decent pay and an overall fun place to work.
Company's go-to-market was initially very flawed in the US. After back tracking and bringing in new leadership, I believe it's finally taken a turn, but the marketing was virtually non existent until recently.
Advice to Management
Be wary of how international politics within the company have hindered the company's growth (not to mention profitability) over time.
The recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn, we talked about the job requirements as well as dates and times. They lead me to believe an interview was being set up till the end and then send me a very impersonal rejection letter. The process was poorly organized unprofessional.
