Advice to Management
Stronger partnerships that bring TuVox to more deals, wider footprint at customers (inbound/outbound, multimedia, access to user-generated content, customer surveys, new product introductions, product recalls, warranty issues, support issues, etc.), energize existing customers periodically with newer applications, modularize applications for easier/faster deployment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TuVox (Cupertino, CA) in November 2012.
Interview was conducted in California at their corporate office. I was flown in from Florida and they provided transportation, lodging, and expenses. The interviewers were executives and high level technical staff in a one on one conference room environment. The whole process, including travel, took an entire day.
