I have been working at Tubelite full-time
Great place to start or continue a career. As an employee, you receive all of the perks that a large company offers while maintaining a small company feel. Each employee has the ability to truly make an impact every day. Overall, a great place to work.
Expectations are set and must be met. This is only a con if you lack the drive to continuously improve.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tubelite (Walker, MI) in February 2016.
Applied online. Received email from HR, set up one meeting with 3 managers. Background check took quite a bit however afterwards everything else was pretty smooth and went quickly.
