    I worked at Tubelite full-time

    Pros

From an office employee's perspective: fun, relaxed environment, very business casual. Employees good at working together on cross-functional problems.

    Cons

Sometimes felt like management didn't care about employees and would make decisions without considering impact to employees actually doing the work.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tubelite (Walker, MI) in February 2016.

    Interview

Applied online. Received email from HR, set up one meeting with 3 managers. Background check took quite a bit however afterwards everything else was pretty smooth and went quickly.
