Tucci has always been accommodating to meet the staff's needs when every possible. The supportive attitude of employees and families helps keep employees with the company for a long duration. Opportunities for training and advancement is appreciated. Team work is key in this company. I've never felt unsupported or like I was working on a case alone.
Schedules change by nature of this job. It can be frustrating. The company is growing. While offering as much support as it does, there are growing pains but management is attentive in dealing with known issues.

I applied based on an employee referral. Company requires that applicants complete some online training first. The training was pretty basic and easy to get through. After I completed that it took weeks for them to contact me. In the meantime, I applied an accepted another position with a different company.
