The work environment was very formal informal- family tight feel. It was a good competitive environment with a great introduction to sales and account management. There was alway room to improve and grow in the company.
Although I enjoyed talking with my manager, there was a lack of communication prior to performance. Under appreciated for trying to above and beyond standards of work tasks.
Advice to Management
Wished there was a non-biased judgment with my managers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tuff Shed (Denver, CO) in April 2017.
It was like an ordinary interview process. Got a phone interview, sat with the VP of Customer Service, and spoke with VP of Sales. Each person I got in contact with were congenial and straight forward with information and the premise of the job.
