Applied, then was sent a short questionnaire to fill out a week later. Less than five minutes after turning that in, I was sent an invite to complete a one-way video interview.InterviewI declined the one-way video interview. If the company cannot be bothered to call or do a two-way video, then that is not a company that cares about incoming talent.
