I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Tulip Ltd. in January 2015.
Professional process initially, standard first interview with 1 person, 3 types of online tests then 2nd interview involving detailed presentation and interview with 3 people.
2 weeks after the interview, which went very well, (chasing for feedback/waiting whilst they interviewed someone else) agent was told in 1 line email that they 'weren't proceeding with the role' (or another one). Again lots more chasing and it turned out they had a headcount freeze. Not their fault but badly handled considering the effort put in by candidates.
