I have been working at Tulloch Engineering full-time (More than 5 years)
-Sick days roll-over to vacation days if not used
-Always looking at new technology and ways to expand the business
-Time off at Christmas/New Years if you have vacation time
-Need better training programs for equipment and software
-It is who you know not what you know for advancement it seems
-Communication/working between the different divisions is sometimes lacking
-Hours can be long and demanding when a big project is brought in
Advice to Management
Tulloch is starting to loose the team/family culture.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tulloch Engineering (Fredericton, NB (Canada)).
I had an interview with the CEO. first I waited for 20 for him to finish his phone call periodically checking every five min until I felt uncomfortable disturbing him. Long story short I had to fight with the next person in line for the next slot. The interview was pleasant and I hear good things about the company from my friends who work for them, but I felt pretty short changed.
