Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. I interviewed at Tymeshift (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Mar 2022
InterviewI applied for the position, 10 days later I received the first invitation for an interview with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes. I got very positive impressions, I got answers to all the questions i had, HR was great, and she asked great questions. Then soon after the interview, I was invited for an interview with Tech Lead. And it went very well. The team Lead was very pleasant as well. I also went through the third round of the process, where I received technical questions, there were 4 of them, I was on a call with the Technical Lead in case I have any questions or ambiguities. And it went fine. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the position, but I got a response and feedback from them very quickly.I had a very positive experience with everyone.
They were mainly focused on the customer and technical support questions since this is very important to them.Answer Question
