InterviewOverall poor candidate experience after going through three rounds of interviews (including final round). My multiple emails (over the course of two weeks) went ignored until I forwarded them to a new contact. At that point, I finally received a phone call saying they "had been trying to reach me," despite not having any voicemails or missed calls from them. There were never any "phone problems" when they called me each time to set up interviews . It would be a courtesy to always follow up with your candidates who spend hours interviewing, especially if they send an email asking about the status.
