I have been working at Tyson Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of optional OT. Great management makes it a fun environment. Freezer gear provided. Flexible attendance policy. 4 days off per week.

    Cons

12 hour shifts can be too much for some people. Freezer/cooler facility can get extremely cold. Some outdated equipment can be frustrating.
