3-5 qualified leads a day
Have a sales manager who can do a takeover at the merchant if I need it
Exec team has great knowledge and very hands on
Promote from within
weekly sales training even for advanced guys like me if I need it
If you work your accounts the way they should be done great pay including residuals
With so many leads, tough to contact everyone. The work day is long 9-6 but you really need the time to try and make it through all the leads.
Advice to Management
Keep the teamwork going. Used to working for sales based companies where they are not team players. At USBC each sales exec helped each other!
