I do not see many cons at the corporate level. I was at the retail level before and a lot of work needs to be done there to keep the DO alive, but at the corporate level it's alive and kicking.
Advice to Management
Allow the DO to trickle down into the retail channel. Keep treating your employees well and stay focused on the customer.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Cellular.
The interview is a Sales Leader Behavior Fit PBI. This process is approximately 60 minutes long and requires you to tell a story based answer on the events that took place, your action(s) to solve/resolve the event, and then the result/final outcome (including if the associate/customer left happy).
