    Pros

Great company, great benefits work hard play hard mentality. i have been in sales all my life the help and effort that this company puts into its employees is above anything I have seen anywhere in the world. Obviously performance is key to the success of any sales based profession, if you work here and give it everything you have you will be successful.

    Cons

Hours can be long and sometimes have to work a weekend or a 6 day week not really a con but if you aren't use to hard work may be a little off putting.

Fun interview! It was not intimidating & they got back to me very quickly. They were very nice & asked me just questions on my resume, so if you know your resume you know what you are getting yourself in for.
