I have been working at UBM full-time (More than a year)
Have worked at company for over 2 years. I have loved my team (sales ops) and the people and opportunities that I have found at this company.
Have seen too many people come and go. Management is not willing to pay employees competitive wages so there is a lot of turnover.

I applied online. I interviewed at UBM (Santa Monica, CA) in April 2017.
I submitted my resume online March 16th and received an email March 28th to schedule an initial phone interview. I had my first phone interview March 30th with a recruiter and we talked about general things such as what I wanted in a role and what I wanted long term. Asked about my previous experience and to explain my role. Asked me what motivates me, if I was interviewing with other companies, and what my salary requirement is. During that phone interview I scheduled a second phone interview for the next day with a senior manager. This went well and we got along. She asked about my experience and what I was looking for in a job and told me a lot about the job. 30 minutes after this phone interview, I received an email from the initial recruiter saying the senior manager liked me and wants to schedule an in person interview for next week. I scheduled an interview for April 6th and met with 4 different people. It all went very well and everyone was very nice. I was very excited about the job, but they never contacted me again. I understand they can't contact everyone about a position, but if they took the time to meet with me in person you would think they would call and update me about the position. I had emailed the recruiter (the only email I had) the following Monday thanking him and asking to reach out to the interviewers I met with, but he never responded. I then tried calling a few times but only reached his voicemail. It would be nice to know the outcome sooner than later.
