I have been working at UC Davis part-time

    Pros

Flexible hours, room for growth, fun coworkers. I found this job to also have many opportunities to learn, though this may be different depending upon what lab you get.

    Cons

The main downside to the job is that you are expected to clean often. If your not good with customer service the. That would also be a downside.

    Advice to Management

Overall I think management is doing a great job. One piece of advice would be for the lab managers to interact with the non super crocs more often.
