    Recommends

I have been working at UC Irvine part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful, hard-working students! Lots of optional professional development opportunities. Vibrant campus community. Many opportunities for collaboration if you are pro-active. Excellent benefits.

    Cons

Large campus. Lecturers need to reach out to other departments and within their own department to connect.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to include your part-time lecturers in meetings and celebrations. Let them know they are valued! Keep up the good work!
