I have been working at UCLA Health full-time

    Pros

The health benefits for UCLA employees are great and the job security is high. It's also amazing being part of a team that helps patients every day.

    Cons

    Promotions and raises are rare.

    Advice to Management

In lieu of raises, there should be other incentives for performance to help keep staff motivated.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UCLA Health.

    Interview

I got to meet with HR to get fingerprinted, then got interviewed by the HR recruiter. Afterwards, I went to meet with the hiring manager and took a brief tour of the unit and overflow area. Hiring managers were easy to talk to, HR was efficient.

UCLA Healthy Campus Initiative celebration gives a nod to sleep

Shut eye. Sack time. Slumber. With one in three Americans - and a whopping seven in 10 American college students - not getting sufficient time with the sandman, it's no surprise that many of us are losing sleep over losing sleep.
