Pay is good, people are nice, diversity is promoted
not a lot of room for growth, training was inconsistent, management lacked communication, everything is timed from the moment you clock in to when you clock out, contradicting feedback from leadership team, depends on who likes you and who doesn't, out of date software and technology, management has favorites,
Advice to Management
don't pick favorites and then think that the rest of the people don't know, need to be consistent on your training so that everyone knows the same stuff, need to catch up to technology and the software they have today, it's not a good idea to lay off people who know what they are doing and then hire new people who can't do the job but will follow what you say anyways
