I have been working at UCare full-time (More than a year)
Very laid back atmosphere with a new beautiful building with high walled cubicles and sit stand desks for all employees. Has a free parking ramp for all employees. A very diverse group of employees.
UCare is currently split up between 3 different buildings all on one block which is inconvenient when it most meetings are at the building across the street. Come Spring 2016, they'll be down to 2 buildings. 250 people are getting laid off as of January 2016 due to the loss of the RFP bid.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UCare (Minneapolis, MN) in April 2015.
The Interview was participated by Hiring Manager and One other Person. This other person was the "Technical Screener". They ended up monopolizing the conversation and were working off of a Script. Didn't read my Profile and asked random questions that had little to bearing on the profile.
UCare is proud to be a recognized Star Tribune Top Workplace for the 6th consecutive year!
