Provide better compensation for your staff and stop freezing raises and promotions.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UFJF in June 2011.
I applied online a few weeks ago. Someone called me last week and told me they had received my resume. They asked me to fill out an online application, which they emailed to me. I filled it our and emailed it back. The same day they called to set up the interview for a few days later. I recieved a personality/ethics test online that no-one informed me I would need to take. When I arrived at my interview I was asked to take an IQ/Intelligence Test that I also had no idea I would need to take. The interview consisted of 3 questions such as Describe a time when you had to choose between the lesser of two evils, and Describe a time when you were faced with an emotional customer and how did you handle it?. The interview was good. There will be another interview and further skills testing by the hiring manager.
