I have been working at UMPhysicians full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The best perk of working here is the teaching-learning environment. The providers are always excited and willing to teach others. This helps nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care for our patients. We provide services and and specialty care like no other. It's the best place I've ever worked!

    Cons

None - nowhere is perfect, but this place is close!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UMPhysicians.

    Interview

The phone screen was brief and informal. The interviewer informed me we would review my experience, they would ask me a few questions, they would describe the role, and I would have the opportunity to ask questions as well. The interviewer told me the position was grant funded and only secured for 18 months which limited the salary they could afford for a counselor.
