    Pros

UNCOMN has a vibrant culture whose first priority is their people. This is the first company I've worked for that wants to keep, grow, and mature their people as a win win proposition for the company and employee. The company will match whatever effort you put into your position.

    Cons

The company has no shortfalls that can realistically expect the company to improve. We are all human, but I feel UNCOMN puts their best effort to minimize pain points whenever possible.

    Advice to Management

Keep the core values real. As long as this company keeps living up to the core values of: Prioritize People, Love the problem, Be more Do more, Celebrate uncommon genius, and Cultivate beauty this will be an amazing team to be a part of.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at UNCOMN (Scott Air Force Base, IL) in April 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was very informative. They explained the story of the company and their mission. I asked a lot of questions to make sure I seemed very interested, which I was. I was asked when I could start as an intern and then was hired on shortly after.
