    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at UNCOMN (Scott Air Force Base, IL) in April 2019.

    Interview

Very relaxing atmosphere. Felt more like a conversation instead of an interview. After about 5 minutes any nerves I had were gone. The interviewer was very informative about the company and clearly explained the culture of the company

Company Updates

  • COVID-19

Like many companies, we've been affected by COVID-19. Many of our commercial clients have retrenched somewhat, causing a drawdown on that side of the business. However, we've had a significant spike in government consulting, which has resulted in us hiring almost 50 people since mid-March when the pandemic hit full stride. If you have your own brand of uncommon genius and are looking for a place to be and do more, check out our openings--we're still hiring!

  • UNCOMN is hosting an Open House for any interested candidates today (March 6) from 3:30 -6:30 pm at our HQ location at 735 Seibert Road Suite 1. We are looking for entry-level to senior-level candidates. We hope to see you there! Visit uncomn.com/careers for more information on UNCOMN and our culture.
