    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at UNIQA (Sofia (Bulgaria)) in September 2012.

    Interview

    I had two interviews with Human Resources, regioanal director and executive director. we discussed the business as itself, the structure i'll be responsible and firts actions to be taken. The employee described the structure as itself very basically, the company targets. Any changes in the personell were aslo discussed. Some key poins as interactions between different divisions and responsibilities were clarified.
