I have been working at US Defense Logistics Agency full-time (More than a year)
Hours, vacation, benefits, gym time, flex time, telework, very easy to move up if you have the motivation to do so. Love to stay, but it's time to live where I want to retire.
Government is full lazy people you can't seem to get rid of who do not contribute to the organization, and just complain about management but do nothing to help fix the problems.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the lazy people, lol.

BBI (Behavior Based Interview) with STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) methodology. Nothing too hard. Plenty of sample questions on web to practice. Make sure you try to relate the answers to the job.
