Yesterday we celebrated Take Your Child to Work Day. After Onboarding with HR, these future US Ecology, Inc professionals had a full day exploring careers. They participated in activities hosted by departments including Customer Service, Finance, Environmental Health and Safety, and IT. Don't worry they all received lunch in addition to a fifteen-minute break. We all had a great time, and look forward to watching this awesome group grow over the next few years.

I have been working at US Ecology full-time (More than 3 years)
Fun, smart and motivated group of people to work with. Comfortable culture where ideas and contribution are valued over title and seniority. While US Ecology has grown rapidly over the past several years it retains much of its smaller company feel and friendliness.
Growth has resulted in some minor growing pains. Management has been quick to make improvements where needed.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Ecology (Taylor, MI) in July 2017.
Spoke with the HR manager and Safety manager. They asked about my education and working knowledge of safety policy and procedures. Then they allowed me to ask any questions that I had.
