I have been working at US Ecology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun, smart and motivated group of people to work with. Comfortable culture where ideas and contribution are valued over title and seniority. While US Ecology has grown rapidly over the past several years it retains much of its smaller company feel and friendliness.

    Cons

Growth has resulted in some minor growing pains. Management has been quick to make improvements where needed.
