U.S. Electrical Services (USESI) signs 3 High School graduating seniors to their S.T.E.P. program! (Sales and Operations Training &amp; Education Program). USESI welcomes 2 students from Woodland H.S. and 1 from Wilcox Technical H.S. into our STEP training program. The students will be graduating next week and have officially signed on with USESI. They are a welcomed addition to the U.S. Electrical Services family. They were joined by their school Career Advisors who partnered with USESI hiring managers and assisted and supported each of them through the pre-employment process. The U.S. Electrical Services S.T.E.P program is a Sales &amp; Operations Training &amp; Education Program. The program gives trainees a path to STEP into a role or STEP up from their current role to another position.

We have developed our USESI.U which is an on-line structured training program that will take you through everything you need to know to learn any position. We have every aspect covered from use of our computer, to job skills, to manufacturer product training.

Keep doing what your doing. Management all the way to the top is accessible, including Randy Eddy.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at US Electrical Services (Middletown, CT) in March 2019.
Quick and easy. I applied online and heard back within a few days over email to set up a phone screen. Phone call then in person interview in the same week. Interviewed with one person. Offer was given following the interview .
