    US Foods Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2017 Earnings

    US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE: USFD), one of the largest foodservice distributors in the United States , today announced results for the third quarter and first nine months of fiscal 2017. Third Quarter Highlights Total case volume increased 2.0%; independent restaurant case volume increased 6.0%. Net sales increased 6.2% to $6.2 billion .

    Pros

    Great company! Great culture! Great leadership! Loved working at US Foods. If you want to work with a bunch of creative minds, then US Foods is the place for you.

    Cons

    Not much. Lots of change, which doesn't make you feel very stable. That is just the nature of the business world these days though.

    Advice to Management

    I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Foods (Rosemont, IL) in November 2017.

    Interview

    Simple interview. Started with a call from HR asking about my goals and simple resume questions. Next was a technical phone interview. Ended with a tour of their facilities and some more on site technical interview questions
