Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an initial phone interview, seemed to have a great conversation, we agreed my experience aligned really well with the job description. Was advised next step was my info would be passed along to hiring manager and I would hear back from recruiter either way (yes or no) and if I don’t hear from him by this day to follow up, which is what I did and never heard another word. ...life balance is non existent, Unrealistic workload, long hours, very little PTO, management is out of touch and non existent, no guidance, lack of performance reviews, poor compensation, poor training, little to no coverage for your accounts while you are out of the office leading to an inability to use your pto, employee wellness is not prioritized....
