I worked at US Investigations Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people are nice and allow a lot of latitude.

    Cons

The company was purchased by an investment firm which seems only to care about making money. Jobs where sent off shore and many people lost their job.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your most valuable asset, once your realize this USIS will become a company that people want to work for instead of a company that people work for until they can find a better job.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Investigations Services.

    Interview

Easy for the most part. The questions were based on interviewing experiences, knowledge on obtaining employment and court records, the amount of travel to be expected. The four week training to be expected.
