    Start out as flex, but you don't ever get as low as 24 hours

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at US Navy MWR (San Diego, CA) in December 2015.

    Interview

    They interview took place in beginning of December and did not get a call back until the end of the month. And took about 2 month to get all paper work done and background check to be cleared.
