I have been working at US Playing Card Company full-time (More than 3 years)
The work is high pay, for the area, and somewhat low impact. The people i work with on second shift are enjoyable and easy to talk to.
There is a lot about your job you will be expected to know without anyone telling you, and while there are a couple programs in place to reward good work management seems much more inclined to point out every mistake.
Advice to Management
Take some time to learn every minute detail of working on the floor before sending out work orders that just can't be done.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at US Playing Card Company (Norwood, OH).
From what I recall the interview process was very short. The process started with a phone call from the hiring manager. I was called in for a formal interview with hiring manager, HR, and various persons from department.
