I worked at USA Network as an intern (Less than a year)
Great internal programs for training/learning about other departments/and just overall information or updates on NBC Universal as a whole. Everyone really seems like they are happy to be working there.
Cubicles, a lot of independent work. Although everyone talks to one another you spend most of your time at your cubicle working independently.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at USA Network.
The interview process was quite standard. I had met with an HR representative who was very friendly yet asked kind of tough, yet fair questions. The process was about 30 minutes.
