I have been working at USA Sports full-time (More than a year)
I am allowed to pursue new initiatives and work independently. This can be a double edged sword though, when there is no direction from the leadership staff.
There is no direction or guidance. The owner doesn't have a clue that the people he is handing the company over to are morons with no life skills or competence.
Advice to Management
Hire competent people, regardless of their ethnic background or skin color.
